How do I activate the plan?
Sign up as a broker: our team reviews your profile and professional credentials, usually within a few days. Once approved, you activate the annual plan and can start publishing your listings right away.
How do the 2 free months work?
If you publish at least 10 listings within 1 week of signing up, your plan runs for 14 months at the price of 12.
Are there commissions on sales?
No. You only pay the annual fee: no commission or percentage on closed deals.
How do Showcase and Premium listings work?
Out of the 50 included listings, 1 can be in Showcase (top placement and maximum exposure) and 2 in Premium (priority in search results). You can move these slots between your listings at any time; the others stay active with Base visibility.
How do buyers get in touch?
Interested buyers contact you directly from the marketplace. You manage conversations, digital NDAs and documents from the portal, and get notified about active searches matching your mandates.
